SBL Curoplus Gel  |  Acne is a skin problem that occurs when oil and dead skin cells block the pores on the skin. They usually pop up on the face, neck, back, chest, and shoulders and can cause permanent scars. The exact cause of acne is not known, but hormones called androgens can play a role. Androgens make the oil glands grow and secrete more sebum. When acne gets infected, the result can be swelling, redness, and pus.
